The Items are supplied by wholesalers and manufacturers World Wide . Returns are direct back to supplier. We can assist with this

Secret Desire do not manufacture any products. Any questions, complaints or issues with the products must be taken up with supplier. Secret Desire can assist with this at our discretion. We can not in any way be held responsible for any items supplied by third party companies on this site.

Rule 2

Return of intimate items must be with full packaging. Item must be unopened and unworn / un used. This is due to hygiene laws. The savings you make should be up to 70% due to the direct Business to Customer concept.   Secret Desire can not be held in any way responsible for any item purchased from a third party. Direct products will have Free postage. We have a Warehouse that has stock of some items and these will not have Free postage. Our Sex direct FREE postage normally takes 10 - 14 days but due to customs please allow up to 30 days. We are able to track all items 

Rule 3
