Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or worldwide local shipping companies with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online where available.
We monitor the shipping of items from manufacturer to your door. We will contact you if an item is lost and offer full refund
UK dispatched Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Worldwide manufacturers will send without shipping cost but may take up to 14 days to arrive. This is how items are up to 70% cheaper than elsewhere.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with discreet packaging.
UPDATE Please note Coronavirus is causing delays for items worldwide. Please do not order if you need your item quickly. Due to restrictions on flights and in some Countries restrictions on numbers allowed in a work place , items are currently taking longer than usual. We understand this may be a inconvenience. However we are supporting those people who need us most, now. If you do order, expect delays but still be reassured that if in the highly unlikely event of your item not being dispatched, your refund will be guaranteed by us.

The free gift will have a minimum of 3 options and sent from our UK warehouse.
Your item can be cancelled for full refund, before dispatch from Manufacturer. After the item is on route the refund can be made after the item is returned to manufacturer. We can assist with this and get postal information for return. Items of intimate nature can only be returned, unused, unworn and unopened. This is due to hygiene laws.
